The Blocfor 6 ESD 150kg serves as a compact automatic fall arrester designed for securing personnel working at height or on terraces requiring reliable fall protection with reduced space requirements. This advanced system features integrated ESD (End System Dissipator) technology ensuring user impact forces remain below 600 daN even when the 6-metre webbing is fully unwound during fall events. The system effectively protects cables from cutting risks when used horizontally whilst maintaining exceptional portability and handling characteristics.
Advanced engineering centres on ABS filled polyamide covers with anti-UV properties providing exceptional shock and ageing resistance combined with 25 mm wide polyester webbing construction. The single pawl locking mechanism eliminates interference risks whilst reducing engagement time in the toothed brake wheel, with tool-free mechanism enabling safety component inspection without special equipment. The compact design measures 680 mm height, 136 mm width, and 68 mm thickness with lightweight construction ranging from 2.4-2.6 kg depending on connector configuration.
