Dynasafe Mecha
This system operates by detecting wire rope deflection caused by applied load, producing a proportional tangential force. When the internal structure deforms to a defined point, it activates built-in microswitches that deliver a reliable all-or-nothing signal. Available in 3.2 t, 7 t, and 12 t models, Dynasafe Mecha supports direct installation on wire ropes ranging from 5 mm to 36 mm in diameter.
Each model includes dual thresholds, pre-settable at the factory, with normally open, normally closed, and common contacts per threshold. It delivers 250 VAC / 4 A signals via a 2 m, 7-core cable with gland. Repeatability ranges from 1% to 2% of full scale, depending on model, and protection is rated from IP55 to IP67. With a compact aluminium housing and fine-thread tare adjustment, it provides dependable safety integration for lifting systems.
Dynasafe Mecha is widely used in crane systems, hoists, and general lifting applications to prevent overload events and improve operational safety in compliance with EN 13849-1 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE.
