DE scaffold block

The DE Scaffold Block is a manual return pulley specifically designed for building site applications, accommodating rope diameters from 22-30mm for manual lifting operations. This pulley enables lifting of compact, secure loads up to 40kg maximum weight without height limitations, making it ideal for construction materials such as mortar, sand, rubbish, and painting supplies. The wide upper hook design facilitates easy attachment to scaffold tubes and various suspension points commonly found on construction sites.

The DE features a 200mm diameter polyamide (nylatron) sheave that provides rotation-free operation whilst resisting corrosion and maintaining lightweight characteristics. The non-opening block design incorporates high bearing flanges that permit easy rope installation by pulling rope ends between flanges, ensuring adequate space for splice accommodation. The zinc coating and swivel hook with safety latch deliver enhanced durability and secure positioning relative to the rope during operations.

This scaffold block excels in construction environments where reliable manual lifting is required at varying heights, particularly for scaffold-mounted operations. The mechanical resistance requirement of 80kg minimum for anchorage points ensures safe operation, whilst the ultimate load capacity of 4 times the working load limit provides substantial safety margins.
