Manufactured from drop forged high-tensile steel , this jaw/jaw turnbuckle is designed for strength, durability, and reliable performance in demanding load-bearing applications. The forging process ensures superior grain flow and enhanced mechanical properties, delivering excellent resistance to deformation and fatigue.

The turnbuckle is engineered with a safety factor where the Minimum Breaking Load (MBL) is five times the Safe Working Load (SWL), providing a high margin of safety for critical lifting and tensioning operations.

Produced generally in accordance with ASTM F1145-92, formerly U.S. Federal Specification FF-T-791b, it meets widely recognized industry standards for quality and performance.

A hot-dip galvanized finish offers robust corrosion protection, making the turnbuckle suitable for outdoor and marine environments as well as general industrial use.
