Return & Refund Policy
Thank you very much for shopping with Rope and Marine Services Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you.
Please note that our returns policy does not apply to made-to-order items, so be sure to check your specifications carefully if ordering custom-made products such as chain slings, hoists, wire rope slings and cut lengths of wire and fibre rope
Returns
Should you need to return your item(s), we need to be notified within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return,
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item must be in the original packaging
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
If you have created a user account then you can arrange returns via the ‘View your order history tab’ and selecting the relevant order and item you wish to return, otherwise you can simply email sales@ropemarine.com including your order reference number. We will reply with an authorised returns number and details on how you can send your item back to us. Items should be returned in unused condition & in the original packaging, due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately delivery charges are not refundable, where items are ordered incorrectly. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any items returned without an authorised returns number. Normally all refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Chain slings & Wire rope slings are custom made to order so are not covered by our returns policy. Please ensure when ordering all measurements and capacities are correct as we are unable to refund on these products.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.
