Hand pumps are easy to use and operate independently of any external energy source. They are designed for a maximum 700 bar system pressure and will allow each hydraulic cylinder to utilize its maximum capacity.

Yale ChroMo-Design
This design is engineered to withstand harsh conditions and prevent common causes of cylinder failure, resulting in a longer service life and lower long-term costs.
Single-Acting with Spring Return
The spring automatically returns the piston to its starting position when pressure is released, creating a predictable and safe rest position in case of a power failure.
Robust Construction
With long piston bearings to withstand eccentric loading.
Enhanced Durability
Cylinder body and piston are made from solid chromium-molybdenum steel and heat-treated
Hard-Chromium Plated Piston with Replaceable, Heat-Treated Saddle
The plating acts as a protective barrier, preventing rust and chemical corrosion. The saddle can be easily replaced if it becomes damaged.
International Compatibility
Metric mounting threads on cylinder collar, in the base and piston rod (5 to 30 t).
Stop Ring
Prevents overtravel of the piston up to full operating pressure.
Interchangeable Hardened Saddle
The hardened saddle is designed to withstand the high pressures and loads of heavy-duty applications, reducing wear and tear on the cylinder
Inner and Outer Dirt Wipers
Act as a barrier, preventing external contaminants like dirt, dust, mud, and moisture from entering the cylinder's hydraulic fluid and internal components.
Secure, Mechanical Seal
Oil port thread 3/8 NPT.
Included Female Coupler Half CFY-1
Allows for rapid, single-handed connect and disconnect of hydraulic lines, which improves efficiency and saves time
Improved Portability
YS-50/100 and YS-50/160 with carrying handle.
Safe Installation and Removal
