A routine and active preventive maintenance programme is integral to improving safety, increasing productivity and reducing costly downtime periods. Corrective Maintenance

Component and equipment faults identified during inspections that cannot be initially rectified are recorded, corrective actions are then discussed with you in order to coordinate the crane and hoist repairs around your production schedule.

Correcting known faults identified during inspections and maintenance, which were unable to be rectified during the actual inspection visit, is good for safety and reduces the likelihood of costly emergency breakdowns, these repairs are often mandated by regulation and legislation compliance.

Our expert crane engineers and designers apply a systematic approach to reviewing andplanning the maintenance and lifecycle of your equipment, the ongoing feedback drivesthe continuous improvement in productivity and safety. 

Modernisations

Modernisations have the potential to extend the life, and provide a complete transformation of your existing crane, this can be a viable option compared to replacing the complete crane.

Common modernisations include replacing and upgrading hoists, trolleys and control units. Modernisations also give you the opportunity to add current technologies to achieve increased capacity, speed and load control.

If this is something that you are considering, we are able to carry out an assessment that evaluates the current condition and life expectancy of your crane. We are able to provide details on the theoretical cost and whether modernisation is a valid option for you.

Breakdowns

Our experienced engineers and technicians are able to respond quickly to emergency breakdowns to reduce the amount of production downtime, we carry the necessary tools and spare parts to get your crane back up and running as quickly as possible.

Once your crane is back in service we will look to discuss with you a routine preventative maintenance programme to reduce the likelihood of a breakdown reoccurring.
