Yale HPH Hand pumps for double-acting hydraulic cylinders

All hand pumps of type HPH are designed as double-acting cylinders. Basically, they do not differ from series HPS, but are equipped with a 4/3-way directional valve.

Basically, the applications are the same as for the single-acting hollow cylinders shown on the opposite page, but for this model range the return of the piston is done hydraulically by means of the second oil port. These double-acting hollow cylinders are used when the piston needs to be retracted quickly e.g. with high-cycle pulling applications.

Double-Acting with Hydraulic Return
These cylinders can apply force in both directions, allowing them to be used in applications that require both pushing and pulling power, such as automated assembly lines, CNC machines, and car manufacturing.
Large Centre Hole Diameter
The large hole and threaded rod allow for significant pulling or tensioning force to be applied through the center of the cylinder.
Enhanced Durability
Cylinder body and piston are made from solid chromium-molybdenum steel and heat-treated
Hard-Chromium Plated Piston with Replaceable, Heat-Treated Saddle
The plating acts as a protective barrier, preventing rust and chemical corrosion. The saddle can be easily replaced if it becomes damaged.
International Compatibility
Metric mounting threads at cylinder body and inside of piston.
Stop Ring
Prevents overtravel of the piston up to full operating pressure.
Interchangeable Hardened Saddle
The hardened saddle is designed to withstand the high pressures and loads of heavy-duty applications, reducing wear and tear on the cylinder
Inner and Outer Dirt Wipers
Act as a barrier, preventing external contaminants like dirt, dust, mud, and moisture from entering the cylinder's hydraulic fluid and internal components.
Secure, Mechanical Seal
Oil port thread 3/8 NPT.
Included Female Coupler Half CFY-1
Allows for rapid, single-handed connectivity and disconnect of hydraulic lines, which improves efficiency and saves time.
Improved Portability
All cylinders come with carrying handle.
Safe Installation and Removal
