The Dynaline HF 45 is a portable tension meter designed to measure cable tension directly on-site, without needing to dismantle the line. Based on strain gauge technology, it applies to wire ropes from 8 mm to 12 mm in diameter and supports measurement up to 600 daN. Users can select the cable type from a pre-loaded database to ensure calibrated readings tailored to specific rope structures.

The display of the program has a database that contains a list of cables. The user selects from the list the cable whose characteristics correspond to the one he wants to measure.

Its digital LCD display shows real-time force data, temperature, and battery status, and provides advanced features such as average mode, custom calibration, and automated monitoring with data logging. The device operates on three AA batteries and is rated IP65 for use in demanding environments. All data can be transferred via USB using Tractel’s LOADER Light software.

Ideal for telecom towers, overhead cable systems, and industrial rigging inspections, the Dynaline HF 45 streamlines tension checks with precision and portability. It ensures safe, efficient maintenance and compliance across static wire rope installations.
