Turnbuckle Eye & Eye – Drop Forged, Hot Dip Galvanised

This Eye & Eye Turnbuckle is manufactured for reliable load tensioning in demanding lifting, rigging, and securing applications. Produced from drop forged high tensile steel (SAE 1035 / 1045), it delivers excellent strength, durability, and long-term performance in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Designed with safety in mind, the turnbuckle features a 5:1 safety factor, with a Minimum Breaking Load (MBL) equal to five times the Working Load Limit (WLL). It is manufactured generally to ASTM F1145-92, formerly US Federal Specification FF-T-791b, ensuring consistent quality and recognised industry compliance.

A hot dipped galvanised finish provides superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for use in construction, marine, offshore, and general industrial settings. Supplied with an EC Declaration of Conformity as standard, this turnbuckle meets essential regulatory and traceability requirements.
