The Stopfor BF serves as a new generation sliding fall arrester designed for vertical and horizontal applications on 14 mm diameter stranded rope. This innovative fall arrest concept eliminates mechanical blocking risks by using body-actuated locking when abrupt position changes occur. The non-openable unit provides more ergonomic and compact operation compared to traditional jaw-based systems whilst ensuring reliable personnel protection.

Advanced engineering centres on anodised aluminium construction with 175 g bare weight for lightweight portability and enhanced operator comfort. The device features M10 steel connector with 30 cm PE lanyard plus M41 steel connectors for versatile harness attachment options. Designed specifically for use with Tractel polyamide stranded rope, the system enables easy and fast rope setup across demanding operational environments.

Primary applications span industrial facilities, construction sites, and maintenance operations where reliable fall protection on flexible anchor lines is essential.
