KT Plate clamp
The KT Clamp is a robust mechanical lifting clamp designed for vertical handling of steel plates and structural components. It features a cam and pivot jaw mechanism that secures the load through positive engagement. The clamp locks automatically when lifting begins and releases once the load is safely set down.
The clamping force is applied through a lever action and remains active throughout the lifting process. This ensures a secure grip even during minor load movements. A safety lock prevents unintentional disengagement. The device is particularly effective on steel plates with a minimum tensile strength of 37 daN/mm² and hardness up to 300 HB.
Commonly used in steel fabrication, construction, and industrial assembly, the KT Clamp supports safe, repeatable lifting operations. It is CE marked, epoxy coated for corrosion resistance, and suitable for operating temperatures between -20°C and +100°C. Only materials of known specification should be lifted.
