PoleCat is a compact and lightweight pole choking device developed for safe work positioning on wooden utility poles. Designed in two adjustable size ranges (S/M: 125–285 mm / STD: 180–450 mm), it supports a broad range of pole diameters, ensuring secure operation across diverse field environments. Featuring a patented mini shock absorber, aluminium connectors, and cut-resistant aramid rope, PoleCat CR actively minimises fall distances and impact forces. The belt is locked out until the fall arrest system is correctly engaged, offering enhanced safety. Supplied with ergonomic moulded handles and a visible fall arrest indicator, it is ideal for power line, telecoms, and pole-top rescue tasks.
